      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop a business plan to exceed sales goals
      - Manage the entire sales ecosystem from lead generation to closing
      - Assist customers in understanding the value of the employer's offerings
      - Communicate the value proposition effectively across all organizational levels
      - Forecast sales predictably and consistently meet targets

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 4 years of quota-carrying Enterprise Security sales experience targeting Security (SIEM & Observability) and IT personas (CISO/CIOs)
      - Experience with at least one early-stage start-up organization
      - Proven track record of acquiring 5 or more new logos annually and managing complex sales processes
      - Experience with channel-led sales motions
      - Familiarity with MEDDIC sales methodology
