What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support responsibilities for one or more Enterprise Risk Management activities
- Ensure adherence to the Enterprise Risk Identification Policy and associated guidelines
- Develop and produce complex reports, spreadsheets, and project work related to various risk disciplines
- Serve as a liaison to assigned business units, collaborating on risk-related matters
- Participate in continuous improvement of existing processes and support the implementation of new projects

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in risk identification, risk aggregation, or governance-related functions
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in reporting and analytics
- Effective communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization
- Knowledge of risk analytics and reporting technologies, including eGRC systems

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 8 years of combined higher education and/or work experience in relevant functions, including a minimum of 4 years in risk management
- Advanced knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to risk management
- Proficient computer skills, including advanced spreadsheet and word processing software capabilities
