What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist the SVP/Enterprise Risk Management and Senior ERM Analyst with examination activities, including preparing work papers and gathering requested documents
- Coordinate the annual insurance renewal process with documentation from various business lines
- Prepare documentation for Operational Risk Steering Committee meetings
- Administer the company's Governance, Risk, and Compliance platform while collaborating with key stakeholders
- Conduct annual Enterprise Risk Identification & Assessment, including Risk Inventory and Risk Mitigation Plan

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's degree preferred or equivalent work experience required
- Minimum of two years of experience in a credit union or other financial institution
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills

- Knowledge of risk management principles and practices
- Familiarity with operational risk assessment processes
