      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the communications hub for the department, facilitating information flow between teams, customers, and vendors
      - Log and manage information in Salesforce, especially during sales representatives' unavailability
      - Coordinate meetings with internal stakeholders and prospective customers
      - Troubleshoot issues faced by sales representatives while on the road
      - Document and follow up on action items with prospects, partners, and vendors

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2 to 5 years of experience in an administrative, coordinator, project manager, or assistant role within a sales organization
      - Self-starter with a passionate and ambitious attitude
      - Ability to work independently while being people-oriented
      - Proficiency in Google Suite, Atlassian, and Salesforce
      - Experience in a customer-facing position
