      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead a team of Enterprise Account Executives and Client Directors to drive new business sales growth
      - Develop and execute sales strategies in collaboration with Sales Operations
      - Engage in territory planning and relationship development to support Field Sales Teams
      - Recruit, coach, and mentor team members to achieve sales excellence
      - Manage and report accurate forecasts and pipelines to meet annual sales goals

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Current location in a Central United States Metro (Chicago or Minneapolis preferred)
      - 5+ years of enterprise sales leadership experience within an enterprise software sales organization
      - 5+ years of enterprise software sales experience in the Payers industry
      - Willingness to travel up to 50%
      - Proven track record of new business sales success and strong C-level negotiation skills
