      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive business growth for the NXTDRIVE platform with new and existing accounts
      - Develop and maintain a high-quality sales pipeline aligned to NXTDRIVE's sales process
      - Analyze prospective/current client business goals and needs to ensure a consultative sales approach
      - Collaborate with internal teams to define, develop, and extend offerings to clients
      - Qualify, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities within the organization's core capabilities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 8+ years of consultative sales experience with a proven track record in large, complex solution sales
      - Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
      - Working knowledge of integrated multichannel marketing solutions and data analytics
      - Technical expertise in sales-based project management
      - Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in marketing technology (Martech and Adtech stacks)
      - History of delivering engaging executive-level sales presentations
      - Familiarity with performance marketing and integrated digital marketing strategies
