Requirements Responsibilities: - Strategic Planning: Formulate and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and expand market presence.

- Client and Stakeholder Relations: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to enhance business partnerships.

Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in business, Logistics, or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in business development or sales within the logistics industry (specifically small parcel last mile delivery).
- Proven track record of achieving business growth and revenue targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to drive strategic decisions.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as required.
