      Overview PepsiCo is seeking a dynamic, highly collaborative, and creative marketer with a passion for partnership marketing across the traditional Entertainment industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in partnership marketing – including working with talent/agencies, contract negotiation, and communication marketing (advertising, creative development, or PR) – along with experience working within traditional entertainment. She/he must be a consumer-centric marketer who has strong executional skills, can effectively collaborate with and manage cross functional and agency partners, and thrives within a fast-paced environment. The role sits on the PepsiCo Sports & Entertainment team and will oversee partnerships across the Celebrity, Music and Influencer space. As a member of the Entertainment+ team, the role will be responsible for working across the Pepsi Beverage North America portfolio to identify, negotiate and manage partnerships across the entertainment industry on behalf of our brands. This role will require a candidate who has flexibility in their role to manage multiple active workstreams and can operate as an owner of their function while leading a strategic point of view across the portfolio. Responsibilities Responsible for helping co-create standardized processes, consultancy, and recommendations for new partnership verticals/spaces/collaborations. Develop and oversee new creator/influencer strategy and strategic partnerships across CSD/Energy/Gatorade portfolio. Collaborate with multiple individual brand teams across the PBNA portfolio of products – including MTN DEW, Gatorade, Rockstar Energy, and more. Develop strategic recommendations and lead partnerships from the ideation phase through execution of contracts and deliverables. Compensation and Benefits The expected compensation range for this position is between $98,700 - $165,150 based on a full-time schedule. Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 12% of annual salary paid out annually. Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.
