What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee the entire entitlements process for all land development projects
- Participate in the due diligence process, assessing the feasibility of planned communities
- Maintain historical data and costs for each development project
- Coordinate the review and approval of construction plans, including soliciting bids
- Attend meetings with city staff and public hearings to represent the employer

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university
- One to three years of related experience and/or training
- Proficiency with MS Office and email
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present information effectively
- Ability to multi-task and pay attention to detail

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in land development or real estate entitlements
- Familiarity with local government processes and regulations
- Knowledge of impact fee audits and development agreements
- Strong research skills, particularly in real estate comps
