What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the entire entitlements process for land development projects
- Participate in the due diligence process assessing feasibility for planned communities
- Maintain historical data and costs related to development projects
- Coordinate legal counsel and manage public hearings and approvals
- Conduct research and prepare applications for tax appeal hearings
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university
- 1-3 years of related experience and/or training
- Proficiency with MS Office and email
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and pay attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in land development or real estate entitlements
- Familiarity with local government processes and regulations
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate project feasibility
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
