What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform Accounts Receivable functions, including invoicing, manual check application, aging reports, and account reconciliation
- Enter routine journal entries and bank transactions
- Conduct month-end closing and reconciliation
- Reconcile, investigate, correct, and adjust accounting information
- Support department peers as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- 1-2 years of accrual basis accounting experience, including accounts receivable and bank reconciliation
- Regular and reliable attendance is essential
- Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to interact at all levels of the organization
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, organized, and able to prioritize tasks
