What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist with collecting and analyzing financial data to perform accounting processes such as reconciliation and variance reporting
- Identify and resolve data issues, recommending solutions to mitigate financial impact
- Provide timely and accurate assistance to clients, including explanations of account codes and financial reports
- Prepare presentations, statistical reports, and schedules on operating results for management
- Actively participate in special projects, including system upgrades and process improvement initiatives

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of financial and accounting experience, gained through employment or internships
- Proficiency in data interpretation and manipulation of large datasets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Intermediate SQL programming skills, including tables and complex stored procedures
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Desire to obtain CPA, CISA, CDFM, or CGFM certifications
- Familiarity with GAAP principles
- Experience in data analytics, data visualization, and web development
