What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct requirement gathering team meetings with business users and the technical team to capture requirements and use cases

- Support analysis, modeling, and other quantitative techniques to address business questions and evaluate issues
- Identify and resolve problems effectively

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in any major, with a preference for business and finance
- 0-3 years of professional experience
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong organizational skills

- Previous experience in business analysis or related fields
- Familiarity with UML modeling techniques
- Basic project management skills
