What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist the testing team in developing test plans for quality assurance based on functional requirements
- Gather business requirements and facilitate JAD sessions with stakeholders, developers, and the project manager
- Create Business Requirements Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirements Specifications (FRS)
- Design use cases to help the technical team identify key processes
- Participate in team meetings and provide weekly and monthly project status updates to the project manager

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, Administration, Management, or a related field
- Knowledge of eliciting, analyzing, and documenting requirements for business processes, policies, and information systems
- Extensive knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and methodologies such as Agile (SCRUM) and Waterfall
- Proficiency in translating business requirements and user expectations into objectives, use cases, and functional/non-functional requirements
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for interacting with business users and software developers
