      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist customers with inquiries about their 401k accounts, including balance inquiries and withdrawal assistance
      - Provide outstanding customer service through effective communication via voice or digital channels
      - Participate in a 14-week training program, progressing from basic to more complex customer calls
      - Engage in team activities and receive career coaching and well-being support
      - Navigate and troubleshoot basic technology issues to assist customers effectively

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
      - High School diploma or GED required
      - Ability to establish rapport and relationships through effective communication
      - Great listening skills, professionalism, and empathy towards diverse customers
      - Self-motivated with strong social skills and a passion for helping others

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a financial services environment
      - Familiarity with 401k plans and related services
      - Strong problem-solving skills to handle various customer situations
      - Previous training or experience in a call center environment
      - Ability to work flexible hours based on business needs
