      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Analyze data to establish trends within the facility and identify potential areas of interest
      - Assist facility investigations using specialized software for data mining and link analysis
      - Monitor offender telephone calls and fulfill requests for call recordings as authorized
      - Prepare detailed reports on intelligence findings and submit regular updates to superiors
      - Provide guidance and training to facility staff regarding intelligence processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - A Bachelor's Degree preferred; equivalent experience in lieu of a degree will be considered
      - 0-2 years of experience as a criminal intelligence analyst or related experience with a law enforcement or military agency
      - Ability to develop a fundamental understanding of intelligence processes in a correctional environment
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Proficient in Microsoft Windows OS and Microsoft Suite

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Fluency (written and verbal) in Spanish is desired
      - Strong problem-solving skills with an interest in conducting analysis and reporting findings
      - Ability to learn ViaPath and third-party software applications within the first six months of hire
