What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States
- High school diploma or GED Grade 12 certificate
- 1+ years of continuous work experience
- Basic English reading and writing skills, basic math skills, intermediate computer knowledge
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts, wearing PPE, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Formal Safety Training
- Basic understanding of Continuous Improvement principles and tools
- Experience with Lift Truck or other machinery
