Responsibilities
• Engage with potential clients through lead-based sales strategies and provide tailored solutions.
• Provide guidance and support to clients in selecting final expense insurance plans that best meet their needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for ongoing business.
• Meet weekly and monthly sales targets and maximize commission earnings while managing your own schedule.
• Participate in ongoing sales training and development programs.
• Must be able to work two Saturdays a month if needed.

Qualifications
• Valid Life and Health Insurance License (or willingness to obtain).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
