- Participate in training and mentoring to learn the business and improve sales skills
- Work independently, setting your own schedule and managing your own agency
- Collaborate with a supportive team focused on growth and success
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Willingness to work hard and invest in personal and business development
- Coachable with a strong desire to learn the insurance business
- Ability to work independently without direct supervision
- No prior experience necessary; employer will assist with the licensing process
- Strong work ethic and commitment to achieving income goals

- Previous experience in sales or customer service roles
- Familiarity with financial services or insurance industries
