What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Post and update requisitions for staffing needs in designated locations
- Screen candidates for minimum qualifications based on state and location guidelines
- Utilize online resources to source candidates for various locations
- Cultivate relationships with candidates and hiring managers to promote teamwork and credibility
- Track and utilize data to understand sourcing trends and recommend process enhancements

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Licensed Therapy Assistant (PTA, COTA, or SLPA) required
- Competency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel
- Previous experience in high-volume sourcing or recruitment, or experience in a related field
- Ability to communicate with urgency with team members, hiring managers, and candidates
- Logical and creative thinking skills for providing solutions to hiring managers and candidates

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a healthcare-related recruitment or sourcing role
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment metrics
- Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with candidates and managers
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
- Willingness to engage in minimal travel as required
