What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct in-depth analysis of environmental assessment documents and policies from federal, state, and local agencies
- Utilize GIS software and geospatial mapping tools to analyze data related to pollutant and emission sources
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to integrate environmental justice and equity considerations into processes
- Generate final reports analyzing policies regarding impacts on environmental justice communities
- Create presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proficiency in GIS software (e.g., ArcGIS, QGIS) and geospatial mapping tools
- Bachelor's degree in Geography, Environmental Science, Urban Planning, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in GIS analysis and environmental data mapping
- U.S. Citizenship Required
- Excellent oral and written communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's degree in GIS, Geospatial Science, or related discipline
- Experience working on projects with a focus on environmental equity
- Prior experience working with federal, state, or local agencies on environmental assessment projects
- Demonstrated expertise in conducting environmental impact assessments
- Experience working in the energy industry or with energy-related projects
