What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Plan, organize, and implement environmental outreach programs and campaigns
- Develop materials and strategies to enhance public participation and awareness of environmental issues
- Analyze program effectiveness and propose improvements to management
- Recruit, train, and supervise volunteers and interns for outreach activities
- Conduct technical assistance visits and training sessions to promote best management practices in environmental stewardship

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in communications, education, public administration, marketing, environmental science, or a related field
- Two years of experience in community education, public relations, or related fields
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with Adobe programs
- Valid driver's license
- Strong written and oral communication skills

- Familiarity with grant writing and budget development
- Knowledge of environmental programs and legislative requirements
