      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Produce visual impact assessments (VIA) under the guidance of the Visual Resources Practice Lead
      - Coordinate contributions from a diverse technical team, including GIS and simulation specialists
      - Conduct project site visits, requiring occasional travel (10-20% annually)
      - Provide planning and permitting support for power generation and transmission projects
      - Manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3 to 5 years of experience in producing or supporting visual impact assessments
      - Strong research, analysis, and reporting skills, with a focus on technical writing
      - Ability to read and interpret site layouts, topographic maps, and other related documents
      - Commitment to high-quality work and a strong work ethic
      - Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with VIAs compliant with the National Environmental Policy Act and state environmental review criteria
      - Familiarity with federal agencies and their assessment methods for visual effects
      - Experience with DSLR cameras, Autodesk 3ds Max, and Adobe Creative Cloud
      - Knowledge of shadow flicker analyses for wind energy projects
      - Training in environmental science or a related field
