Job Description
- Req#: ENVIR001459
- Bachelor’s degree in civil or environmental engineering, environmental science or geology required
- Requires at least 4+ years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations and permitting processes
- Due diligence/ASTM Phase I experience preferred
- 40-Hour HAZWOPER
- Field investigation and sampling experience, including but not limited to groundwater monitoring/sample collection, water level gauging, soil sampling, soil gas / indoor air, data management.
- Experience with hazardous building material sampling - asbestos, lead, and PCBs a plus but not required
- Experience or desire to design remediation systems
- Excellent writing and communication skills required; experience with report writing required
- Familiarity using AutoCAD and GIS software desirable

ABOUT THE POSITION
We are seeking an Environmental Professional to join the Environment & Facility Services team in one of our North region offices. The successful candidate will support environmental site assessment and remediation projects with the assistance of other team members; manage field investigation programs; carry out soil and geotechnical assessments to support site remediation and redevelopment; support regulatory permitting efforts to assess and cleanup soil, groundwater, indoor air, and other media at potentially contaminated properties to support property transactions or redevelopment activities.
