      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee the overall management and administration of environmental remediation projects
      - Provide management and guidance to subordinate managers and serve as the primary liaison between the employer and clients
      - Ensure project compliance with design, budget, and schedule through effective team leadership
      - Administer projects from budgeting/schedule stage through procurement and contract closeout
      - Manage a team of up to 10 individuals, including subcontractors, to achieve project objectives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Geology, Environmental Science, or related discipline and 8+ years of relevant experience
      - US Citizenship for access to Department of Defense project sites
      - Ability to travel at least 10% of the time
      - Successful completion of pre-employment background check and motor vehicle records check
      - Proven experience managing environmental remediation projects valued at $10 million or greater

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master's Degree in environmental engineering, Geology, Environmental Science, or related discipline
      - Familiarity with CERCLA and environmental science principles, including site assessment and remediation
      - Current 40-Hour HAZWOPER and Supervisor certifications
      - Experience working with State of Hawaii Department of Health regulations
      - Strong oral and written communication skills with polished client presentation abilities
