What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee and manage consultants performing environmental tasks across various states
- Conduct stream and wetland field studies, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations
- Facilitate consultation and reporting for Rare, Threatened, and Endangered Species
- Manage stream and wetland permitting processes with relevant authorities
- Handle NPDES permitting for linear projects and substation sites

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Substantial experience in environmental consulting, particularly in Maryland and southeast Pennsylvania
- Proven ability to manage a large volume of projects effectively
- Proficiency in working with and managing field consultants
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with changing priorities

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with stream and wetland permitting at both state and federal levels
- Familiarity with consultation processes involving the US Fish and Wildlife Service and US Army Corps of Engineers
