      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct Environmental Site Assessments (ESA) and Property Condition Assessments (PCA), including subsurface investigations and remediation work
      - Manage Phase I/II due diligence assessments, including groundwater and soil sampling and technical report writing
      - Oversee field staff and subcontractors during site investigation and remediation projects
      - Ensure project deliverables, milestones, and budgets are met
      - Prepare, review, and submit final reports in compliance with regulations and internal quality control standards

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Geology, Environmental Science/Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred)
      - Professional Geologist (PG) or Professional Engineer (PE) license strongly preferred
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in environmental assessment and remediation projects
      - Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
      - Proficiency in MS Office Suite; familiarity with AutoCAD, TurboCAD, and/or GIS programs is a plus

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with strategic soils management and remediation in site redevelopment and building construction
      - California Asbestos license (Certified Asbestos Consultant) strongly preferred
