What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct Environmental Site Assessments (ESA) and Property Condition Assessments (PCA), including subsurface investigations and remediation work
- Manage Phase I/II due diligence assessments, including groundwater and soil sampling, and writing technical reports
- Provide oversight to field staff and subcontractors during site investigation and remediation projects
- Ensure project deliverables, milestones, and budgets are met
- Collaborate with senior managers to coordinate work activities and achieve performance indicators

What is Required (Qualifications):
- BS in Geology, Environmental Science/Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Professional Geologist (PG) or Professional Engineer (PE) license strongly preferred
- 5+ years of experience in environmental assessment and remediation projects
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency using MS Office Suite; familiarity with AutoCAD, TurboCAD, or GIS programs a plus

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with strategic soils management and remediation as part of site redevelopment and building construction
- California Asbestos license (Certified Asbestos Consultant) strongly preferred
