What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist with the coordination of the Nonpoint Source (NPS) Training and Resource Center
- Provide NPS prevention training to contractors and municipal officials
- Develop new training courses as directed by the Training Center
- Review and approve third-party training opportunities in line with the center's mission
- Present Erosion/Sediment Control classes and support educational outreach activities

What is Required (Qualifications):
- A combination of six (6) years of education and/or experience in environmental, biological, physical science, or engineering, including two (2) years of environmental experience
- At least 15 credit hours of science or engineering coursework from an accredited institution
- Ability to coordinate multiple trainings and workshops for community stewards
- Knowledge of stormwater management and Nonpoint Source (NPS) pollution
- Familiarity with Erosion & Sedimentation Control Certifications

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience implementing nature-based design projects on public lands
- Advanced training certifications related to Erosion & Sedimentation Control
- Proven ability to develop and deliver educational materials and workshops
- Strong communication skills to engage with diverse community audiences
