What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate and perform complex environmental compliance activities, including permit negotiation and policy development
- Lead and facilitate work activities of team members and external consultants
- Interpret regulations and codes in complex compliance situations
- Actively participate in the development of environmental regulations and standards
- Conduct training sessions and assist in research studies to develop new ideas and approaches

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in environmental science, biology, chemistry, natural resources, ecology, or a related field
- Minimum of 6 years of environmental experience
- Availability for overtime, call-out overtime, and shift work as required
- Willingness to travel 10-25% of the time
- Individuals with a Master's or Doctorate degree may be considered for entry into the organization at this level

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Registration in recognized associations and organizations for environmental professionals is encouraged
- Experience in conducting scientific/analytical investigations
- Proven ability to develop and present complex technical reports effectively
