What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and maintain clinical information solutions to ensure effective and uninterrupted operations for healthcare providers
- Identify and address technical problems associated with clinical information systems
- Regularly monitor system performance and conduct audits to identify areas for improvement
- Gather business requirements and convert them into comprehensive system specifications
- Ensure patient data security and adhere to HIPAA requirements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two (2) years' experience in software or system testing across multiple IT environments
- Minimum one (1) year software or application development experience
- Minimum two (2) years' experience with Clinical Documentation software administration responsibilities
- Highly proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with proven ability to create presentation-quality documents
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Demonstrated understanding of ambulance company operations, communications, and dispatch systems
- Knowledge of medical care/transportation, including patient care issues and required documentation
