What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and maintain clinical information solutions to ensure effective operations for healthcare providers
- Identify and address technical problems associated with clinical information systems
- Regularly monitor system performance and conduct audits for improvement
- Gather business requirements and convert them into comprehensive system specifications
- Ensure patient data security and adhere to HIPAA requirements

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two (2) years' experience in software or system testing across multiple IT environments
- Minimum of one (1) year of software or application development experience
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience with Clinical Documentation software administration
- Highly proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the ability to create presentation-quality documents

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of ambulance company operations, communications, and dispatch systems
- Demonstrated understanding of medical care and medical transportation processes
