What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Supervise and provide technical guidance to Applications Analysts in system development
- Plan, organize, and control activities within the applications analysis section
- Collaborate with client management to identify complex business requirements and processes
- Coordinate section activities with other IT departments for seamless operations
- Serve as an expert technical resource throughout the development and implementation phases

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent education and work experience
- Minimum of five years of diverse work experience in IT
- Epic Ambulatory Certification and relevant experience
- Strong supervisory skills and ability to direct the work of others
- Excellent technical knowledge of applications analysis
