What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary support contact for application end users, managing ticket queues and ensuring timely resolution of issues
- Monitor the operability of applications, including third-party integrations, and coordinate necessary upgrades
- Identify and resolve system issues to maintain integrity and availability of applications
- Participate in Epic upgrade cycles, performing necessary reviews and obtaining buy-in for new features
- Act as a liaison between operations, IT, and vendors, maintaining regular communication and fostering strong relationships
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of two years of related experience with knowledge of specialized practices and procedures
- Must obtain Epic certification(s) in the area of support within the first 90 days if not currently certified
- Familiarity with the Information Technology Analyst Ladder policy
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Current Epic certification(s) or accreditation is preferred
- Additional Epic Certifications or Accreditations and Badges are a plus
- Previous experience in a healthcare-related IT support role
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience with project management
