What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Obtain and maintain Epic EMR system certifications through class attendance and testing
- Participate in workflow analysis, database customization, system testing, and user training
- Communicate effectively with clinical/nonclinical staff to understand needs and provide status updates
- Evaluate release notes and user requests to develop build strategies
- Document all work efforts associated with assignments in a timely manner

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of Associate Degree preferred or equivalent work experience in a healthcare setting
- 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting with demonstrated leadership characteristics
- Must obtain EPIC Certification within 90 days of employment
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks, exhibit leadership, and demonstrate self-motivation

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in patient care, patient accounts, registration, scheduling, claims, and/or health information management
- Additional certifications related to healthcare technology or systems
- Knowledge of hospital operations and analytical approach to problem-solving
