What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Attend training and complete required testing to obtain and maintain EMR system certifications
- Participate in workflow analysis, data collection, system testing, and user training for EMR maintenance
- Communicate effectively with clinical and non-clinical staff to understand needs and provide status updates
- Document all work efforts and maintain detailed records to support audit reviews
- Troubleshoot system issues and implement resolutions for end-user reported issues

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of an Associate Degree preferred or equivalent work experience in a healthcare setting
- One year of work experience in a healthcare setting with demonstrated leadership characteristics
- Working knowledge of hospital and/or outpatient operations with strong analytical skills
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work effectively as a team member

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with patient care, patient accounts, registration, scheduling, claims, and/or health information management
- Previous experience with EMR systems and related technologies
