What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Attend classes and complete required testing to obtain and maintain EMR system certifications
- Participate in workflow analysis, data collection, database customization, and reporting
- Communicate effectively with clinical and nonclinical staff to understand needs and relay status updates
- Document all work efforts associated with assignments in a timely and detailed manner
- Proactively troubleshoot system issues and support remote end users

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum educational requirement: Associate Degree or equivalent work experience in a healthcare setting
- One year of work experience in a healthcare setting with demonstrated leadership characteristics
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as a team member
- Working knowledge of hospital and/or outpatient operations with an analytical approach
- Required to obtain EPIC Certification within 90 days of employment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in patient care, patient accounts, registration, scheduling, claims, or health information management
- Proven ability to manage conflict and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
