What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in gathering and analyzing data to support the functionality rollout of Epic and related IT systems
- Collaborate with local ministries to optimize workflow processes through tailored application development
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of Epic system capabilities and apply knowledge of clinical and business workflows
- Support the implementation of systems that meet organizational process needs
- Assist in training and onboarding staff on new systems and functionalities

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's degree in Clinical, Informatics, Computer Science, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare IT, clinical, or hospital business office environment
- 3 years of experience as an Epic Application Analyst or in a related role
- Epic certification or accreditation in designated functionality module(s) required within six months of hire
- Must be available for a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday
