What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze workflows and data to recommend solutions for Epic software applications
- Build and maintain Epic application content while ensuring compliance with functional specifications
- Document system issues and communicate with vendors as necessary
- Develop training materials and provide support to end users during implementation
- Maintain regular communication with Epic representatives to align system functionality with organizational needs

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Information Services, Health Administration, Business Administration, Health Sciences, or a related field
- Minimum of two (2) years of Epic or integrated EMR experience
- Epic Module Certification as required by the position
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to effectively multi-task in a dynamic environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- CPHIMS certification preferred
- Experience in a healthcare setting or with business computer science
- Proven ability to deliver presentations and training sessions
- Familiarity with system change control processes
- Experience with troubleshooting and user support in IT applications
