What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Attend training and complete required testing to obtain EMR system certifications
- Participate in workflow analysis, data collection, and system testing to maintain quality EMR
- Communicate effectively with clinical and nonclinical staff to address requests and provide updates
- Document all work efforts and participate in meetings to gather data for assignments
- Proactively troubleshoot system issues and support remote end users

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of an Associate Degree preferred or equivalent work experience in a healthcare setting
- One year of work experience in a healthcare setting with demonstrated leadership characteristics
- Strong organizational abilities and excellent communication skills
- Working knowledge of hospital and/or outpatient operations
- Must obtain EPIC Certification within 90 days of employment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in patient care, patient accounts, registration, scheduling, claims, or health information management
- Demonstrated ability to manage conflict and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
- Familiarity with EMR systems and healthcare technology
