What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Obtain and maintain EMR system certifications as required/assigned
- Participate in work flow analysis, data collection, database customization, reporting, system testing, and user training
- Communicate effectively with clinical/nonclinical staff to understand needs and relay status updates
- Evaluate release notes, project scopes, and user reported requests to develop build strategies
- Participate in meetings to gather data for assignments and document work efforts in detail

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of Associate Degree preferred or equivalent work experience
- One year of work experience in a healthcare setting with demonstrated leadership characteristics
- EPIC Certification within 90 Days of Employment
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and exhibit leadership qualities

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in patient care, patient accounts, registration, scheduling, claims, and/or health information management
