What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Attend training and complete required testing to obtain EMR system certifications
- Participate in workflow analysis, data collection, database customization, and user training
- Communicate effectively with clinical and nonclinical staff to understand needs and relay status updates
- Document all work efforts in detail to support audit reviews and project scopes
- Proactively troubleshoot system issues and support end users remotely

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of an Associate Degree preferred or equivalent work experience in a healthcare setting
- One year of work experience in a healthcare setting with demonstrated leadership characteristics
- Working knowledge of hospital and/or outpatient operations
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Must obtain EPIC Certification within 90 days of employment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in patient care, patient accounts, registration, scheduling, claims, and/or health information management
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage conflict effectively
