What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze clinical, business, and technical processes to develop recommendations for new and modified systems
- Coordinate the preparation, installation, deployment, and support of applications and Epic modules
- Manage customer relations and resolve issues related to software applications
- Serve as the primary technical liaison with vendors for implementation and post-implementation activities
- Mentor and train team members on implementation planning, project management, and customer service best practices

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Information Services, Health Administration, Business Administration, Health Sciences, or a related field
- Five (5) years of experience in EPIC or integrated EMR experience
- Information technology experience in a business, computer science, or healthcare setting
- Epic certification in assigned Epic application discipline
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's degree in a related field
- Associate degree in Computer Science or related field with six (6) years of related Information Technology experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent with eight (8) years of related Information Technology experience, including two (2) years of Epic-related experience
- Certification in additional Epic modules or related technologies
- Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
