What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, configure, support, and maintain Epic systems to maximize organizational performance
- Analyze workflow/data flow and create efficient solutions to improve processes
- Collaborate with team members and end users to develop effective technology specifications
- Maintain accurate records for evaluating organizational performance and recommend improvements
- Ensure the security, integrity, and privacy of organizational data in accordance with policies

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5 years of experience as an IS System Application Analyst OR 7 years of experience in healthcare clinical or business operations AND 3 years as an Epic Certified analyst
- Bachelor’s Degree or 3 years of experience as a licensed healthcare clinical professional, business operations, or information systems
- Ability to handle occasional pressure from multiple inquiries and interruptions
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Must attend and achieve applicable Epic education course certification within ninety days of training implementation

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Epic Certification in Resolute Hospital Billing or Expected Reimbursement Contract Administration
- Experience in managed care contracting, hospital reimbursement, billing, finance, and revenue integrity
