What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide intermediate system-level support for multi-user clinical and financial applications, operating systems, hardware, and software
- Collaborate with project leaders on project planning to meet established deadlines and goals

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in technology and/or healthcare or related industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot problems, and offer technical solutions
- Comprehensive understanding of application support and ability to serve as a primary resource for at least one application module
