What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain expertise in supporting and optimizing the Lumens Epic module and its integration with other applications in surgical settings
- Collaborate with stakeholders to provide system support, including analysis, build, and testing of requested changes
- Conduct unit testing of application configurations and builds to identify issues and create resolution plans
- Develop and document internal procedures for Epic applications
- Assist in developing build timelines and project plans as communicated by leadership

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be certified in one of the following Epic modules: Lumens, Cupid, or Radiant
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related discipline; equivalent experience in healthcare or IT may be considered
- Minimum of four (4) years of experience in a healthcare-related field
- One (1) year of experience supporting one or more Epic modules preferred
- Familiarity with project lifecycle and project management methodologies

- Experience with large-scale healthcare systems planning and implementation on application software products
- Strong analytical skills to collect and summarize information for problem-solving
- Superior oral and written communication skills, particularly in presenting complex subjects to non-technical groups
- Proven ability to manage projects of various sizes and their associated tasks and timelines
