What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain expertise in the Lumens Epic module and its integration with surgical applications
- Provide system support including analysis, build, and testing of requested changes
- Develop and document internal procedures for Epic applications
- Perform unit testing and create resolution plans for identified defects
- Collaborate with teams to ensure quality standards in process design and user training

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be certified in one of the following Epic modules: Lumens, Cupid, or Radiant
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, or a related discipline, or equivalent related experience in healthcare or IT
- Minimum of four (4) years of experience in a healthcare-related field
- Familiarity with project lifecycle and project management methodologies
- Superior oral and written communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- One (1) year of experience supporting one or more Epic modules
- Experience with large-scale healthcare systems planning and implementation
