What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary development contact for each Epic module
- Responsible for the configuration of Epic application areas
- Develop and optimize Epic to achieve safety and efficiency goals
- Collaborate across teams to support and develop the Epic system
- Utilize a variety of system analysis techniques and knowledge of industry best practices

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Epic Certification in Willow Ambulatory and Willow Inventory is required
- Minimum of 3 years of recent relevant experience
- Extensive knowledge of organization policies, procedures, and business operations
- Proficient in system analysis techniques and Epic knowledge beyond the assigned team module

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with additional Epic modules or certifications
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Familiarity with healthcare industry standards and regulations
