What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary development contact for various Epic modules
- Configure Epic application areas to optimize performance and achieve safety goals
- Collaborate across teams to support and enhance the Epic system
- Develop and optimize the Epic system without direct supervision
- Utilize knowledge of industry best practices to inform system analysis and operations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Epic Inpatient ClinDoc Certification is required
- Minimum of 3 years of recent relevant experience in Epic build
- Strong knowledge of system analysis techniques and organizational policies
- In-depth Epic knowledge beyond the assigned team module

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with additional Epic modules or certifications
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
- Familiarity with healthcare industry best practices and operations
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
