What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Supervise and provide technical guidance to Applications Analysts in system development
- Assist in planning, organizing, and controlling section activities
- Collaborate with client management to identify complex business requirements and processes
- Coordinate activities with other IT sections, such as database and technical support
- Act as an expert technical resource in all phases of development and implementation

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum of five years of diverse work experience in IT
- Epic Ambulatory certification and experience required
- 3 years of experience in Dialysis/Nephrology EMR implementation or Epic Bean implementation preferred
- 3 years of experience in Epic Regulatory Reporting experience is a plus
